Fancy drinks

The OER15 conference closed today, it has been fantastic. Because I was a chair and keynote, I have been very sensible over the past two nights, going to bed early. So tonight I allowed myself a few drinks to celebrate. A bunch of us went to Lab 22 in Cardiff, where we had a cocktail taster menu. This was their version of Long Island Iced Tea complete with liquid nitrogen bursting from a tea pot (don't drink from the tea pot we were warned). Had a great night.
