Wednesday 30 May 2012: Birthday in Northampton with my parents

I had a great day on my birthday with my parents in Northampton, and had the chance to take them to their favourite farm shop. Last year my birthday was on a bank holiday and I was suffering from bad depression, partly because of my personal circumstances and partly because my dog had just died. I remember spending the day on my own and mainly in bed, fortunately my 58th birthday has been one to remember for positive reasons.
