First day of a much needed holiday . Walked into town for a bit of shopping and some lunch. On a lovely spring day its difficult to understand why the Granite City was awarded the Carbuncle of the year award. There are many things wrong with the city centre but there are also some lovely areas  which any town or city would be proud of .
