Dad

Its been a long time since I've seen my dad. We're pretty alike in many of our mannerisms and character traits. Some of those are good things. Some not so good :-)

Since my parents split up back in the early 90's we've kinda been on different paths, but when we do meet up its pretty easy going. We should probably talk and meet up more often.

He's just retired from teaching at a university and now plans to go on an extended 'holiday' or two before his next 'project'. Its been great to see him and his other half this weekend before they head off to Greece for a few months. Even though today the weather has been awful - the finest quality horizontal Scottish rain...
