Chrysanthemum

Young Acer

Acer leaves in spring, one of the few plants now left in our local park.   City Hall, it would appear, have decimated what was once a beautiful park and instead of trees and flowers, we now have churned up lawns where their big heavy tractors have done their worst in the soft ground, far fewer trees and no spring planting.   Where we once had pretty flower beds  now all we have is untilled bare earth littered with drinks cans, plastic bottles and other detritus.    I could cry!
