Garden

The alarm went uncomfortably early as we'd scheduled ourselves to do the first bird walk of the year (Breeding Bird Survey) - saw a fairly motley selection, as ever. D managed to arrange an emergency appointment at the dental clinic, only then discovering that all of the useful buses were on major diversions due to the Great Edinburgh Run being on. Quickly got a car club car and ferried the poor scone up there, getting as close to the clinic as possible but there were lots of road closures.

On my way back (remembering to avoid Gt Junction St etc due to Vaisakhi happening as well), I poked my nose between the bars of the gate at Lambs House. They're really making progress with the garden now.
