I did laugh...
A long day, collecting samples from an assemblage of human remains found along the route of the tramworks. All day on my feet, and with spasming in my forearm muscles from the hacksaw :(
Met M off the train later, then we went to Mitch's for a pint or three in the company of some archaeologists, one of whom was leaving Headland after 12 years. Ate at the swish new Pizza Express, newly refurbished, on the Shore. Always a happier meal when Sylwia is working there :)
