Old Timers

We went into town today, so parked the car at the marina and walked along Madeira Drive - we'd forgotten it was one of the vintage car rally's from London to Brighton so it was nice to see them all, and this band was playing. Sadly it's a bit dark as the sun was behind them, but I like the old cars in the background.

Anyway we did 4 miles in total, had a coffee and a macaron sat outside Julien Plumart, and I bought two new pairs of shoes from Shuropody. I've started suffering with the underneath of my heel when I walk a lot, so I was very pleased to find this shop who specialise in orthotics and podiatry. The shoes I've bought are little ballerina pumps but are very cushioned inside. So whilst still looking nice, they give me the comfort I need.

Once back at the marina, I called into Asda to do the weekly shop, and then Alan mowed the garden before watching the Grand Prix - all in all, it's been a very nice Sunday, hope yours has too!
