Moira the Naturalist

Moira received a special gift of a Florida butterfly book, a wildlife guide and a Florida bird guide, today from a fellow blipper and friend, dbifulco. She spent almost of an hour pouring over the pictures of the butterflies and moths. When I suggested a bike ride to the park, she grabbed the pocket guides and put them in her bicycle basket to take to the park. She was a very happy little girl looking for birds in the park and studying her "bird map". She correctly identified a blue Heron, ibis, egret, and a blue Jay. She only needed help with the Cormorant! I think she has the beginnings of a becoming a Naturalist. Thank you Debbi for the wonderful book and guides. Moira and I will miss you and our adventures together.
