Thursday 31 May 2012: A Really Big Bear
It was her birthday. What fun it was to spend the afternoon with three lovely high- octane girls. We had a big family feast, ending with a killer chocolate cake that left everyone in a coma. And then opened up the old player piano and pumped some music that left the teenagers amazed at pre-technology. My legs are sore from pumping the piano and I am happily exhausted.
