Friday 1 June 2012: The Band!
Well as predicted Carys succumbed to chicken pox overnight, which completely screws up our holiday plans. Luckily it was today and not tomorrow when we could have been half way there. As you can see, much like her brother it doesn't seem to be making her feel unwell. She does however have more spots than he had already. I think it could be a long, loud day.
Can't tell you how gutted I am not to be heading north. We were meant to be meeting my new niece for the first time and now I don't know when we'll see her. Also I was looking forward to showing my husband and kids the wonders of the county I think of as home. That too will be difficult to rearrange.
