A fish curry, cooked Thai style in coconut milk

My meetings went on and on, but we did get a lot resolved for the future.  I promised Helena that I would cook the fish I'd bought but it took a while for me to get going this evening.

I chose a simple Ken Hom recipe for a curry made with Thai curry paste, coconut milk and assorted vegetables.  It was flavoured with a Thai fish sauce and fresh lime juice, with fresh basil leaves scattered on top before serving on boiled rice accompanied with by broccoli.  It was rather good, and got a Woodpeckers verbal 'thumbs up'.
