Davey wasn't sure which of his avid spectators he should be more concerned about... the young 'un with designs on his takings or the inscrutable fellow who, Davey feared, may be working undercover for the Edinburgh Street Artistes Tartan Infringement Taskforce (Edsa-TIT).

It was for moments like this that his hard years at Bagpipe Academy had prepared him...

Imperceptibly to the untrained eye, Davey readied himself.
