Friday 1 June 2012: Sidney and Isabelle
While all my other animals are female and busy, Sidney cat is the one male of the household and our fine example of how to just be. Isabelle wants to run around with a toy and play fetch. India is busy looking for deer and sticks. Ming is on the go finding where the mice are within the walls. Sammy cat is on kitchen patrol. All the while there is our dear beloved Sidney cat just being Sidney. He knows how to just be without doing anything. He radiates love and sweetness and joy. When Isabelle finally sits down, Sidney will go over, push up on his hind legs and give the Labradorable a good head butt I LOVE YOU while beaming with joy and solitude. Yup. We could all learn a thing or two or three from Sidney cat.
The actual lift off and bump action.
