Katy

Katy has taken up running. This evening she wanted to run over at Northbourne so I went with her and walked. On the way back to the car, I saw her sitting in this tree. She loves this tree!!
It was a sad day today. My lovely friend MaryAnn's mum died this morning. She has been deteriorating for a long time and suffered terribly from dementia. MaryAnn and Ollie have nursed her mum and dad at home for the past 7 years, returning from South Africa to look after them. They could not have done more. MaryAnn and her sisters and brothers are devastated :(
