Friday 1 June 2012: Ullswater
Great day off today, took myself off to the Lakes and knocked off another 3 Wainwrights.
I started off near Aira Force and nipped up Hart Side, I am sure I have been here before but I didn't have a date for it so it had to be done again. Returning to the car I drove round to Howton and did Beda Fell then across and up very steeply to Bonscale Pike where this picture was taken.
The day was beautiful, quite warm at times but above all quiet, I saw 3 people on the hills all day :)
Just 9 Wainwrights left now out of the 214, I am on target to finish this Summer.
