Work in progress

This is a little painting I started a couple of weeks ago...it's very much a work in progress.

Today I finally saw some Union Jacks flying in Edinburgh in honour of the Queen's Jubilee! Right enough, they were probably hung by some fellow exiles as they were outside the student halls of residence! However, they had also appeared in Sainsbury's so by the time I came home from shopping I felt duly patriotic. Even more so now having watched two documentaries about Her Madge back to back. Bring on the celebrations!!!
