Thursday 31 May 2012: Second lobster of the week
After our close encounter of the crustacean kind last Saturday, we met a whole tankful today, and this big one which had been taken out of the tank for us to inspect.
Visits to East Lothian this week have featured lobsters each time, but I'm saving the tasting of some of these tasty morsels for the 17th June at the Crail Food Festival. If I don't manage to taste some there, I'll know where to try (this was in Clark's Fish Shop at Musselburgh Harbour).
