F is for Frangelico

Frangelico is a hazelnut liqueur. And it is an essential part of my favourite shot, The Pancake!

To make The Pancake you will need:
Frangelico
A shot glass
A lemon
Some brown sugar

Pour a shot of Frangelico
Slice the lemon
Sprinkle half a tea spoon of brown sugar onto a lemon slice.
Down the shot, suck the sugar covered lemon.

Repeat the process.

That's The Pancake!

It's ace!

I also like the design of the bottle, it reminds me of a Monk.
