Saturday 2 June 2012: Daisy
I did a "photo shoot" this morning out on the edge of the Sound in a huge park that was once a military reservation - it is very much within city limits but with all that open water space, open land leading to the water and beaches, it feels like you are in a more remote place.
I took lots of daisies for some reason on the film camera that was the tool and purpose for my trek there. The white can be counted on for contrast, and the simple repetitive shape pleases, plus the "he loves me, he loves me not" rhyme that all girls played, the smart ones quickly calculating the number of petals and starting off so as to get the ending they want.
