Capturing my Journey

The Cairn

Moss and Pip at the cairn on our land. Moss is father of Pip. The photo I took on our afternoon walk. We walked up from the beach to the cairn and back. The beach is from this blip.

Had a busy day today. A friend of mine came down this morning with her Australian Kelpie pup, Tess, that she has been having some problems with. She got the pup when it was 5 months old and she had been poorly socialised until my friend got her. It was very interesting and she and Tess and I have a lot to think about. This is all the beginnings of my work that I will do when I finish my dog behaviour practitioner diploma. She also wants help training her as a sheepdog so it will be a fun long term project between the two of us. Hoping to get a field fenced off this summer that is suitable for sheepdog training. I meant to take a photo of Tess but with all the work I forgot.

In the afternoon husband and I brought the cattle in at the farm where we manage the livestock to tag calves etc. All done before the rain thankfully.

14c 5mph southerly sunny in the morning by 4pm it became overcast with rain showers.
