Sunday 3 June 2012: Chopped
Anna and I went on a knife skills course earlier in the week. You can see how good it was by the expert fashion in which she chopped these carrots. Can't imagine what they would have looked like if she'd attempted this job before the course. It's all in the wrist action, you know.
