Sunday 3 June 2012: Newhaven Sunset

I should do more long exposure stuff again. I don't do it that often now days but always like the results when I do. The shots taken tonight without the 10 stopper in place are pretty average but the 10 stopper transforms the shot, not just in the obvious ways such as flatting the sea, streaking the clouds but in the overall tone of the shot.

Sadly, the sunset wasn't the best tonight at Newhaven, luckily I got there pretty early so got some colour before the dark clouds rolled in.
