Definitely got lucky with my allocated bunk in last nights dorm, probably the comfiest bed I've slept in for 3 months. After breakfast it was off to the other Secret Garden hostel in Cotopaxi armed with lots of useful information from the hostel owner.

My expectations for the Cotopaxi hostel were high since almost everyone raved about how nice it was. I wasn't let down, within 5 minutes of getting through the door I was sat with Daisy the sausage dog and a glass of mulled wine being told where the jacuzzi and unlimited free cake were. The hostel itself is miles away from anything, the driveway itself was about 3km long, and doesn't have wifi (forcing people to actually talk to each other). Lunch was soup and homemade bread by the fire and then everyone just chilled around. At 5pm everyone sat around the fire again for snack time and to sign up for activities for the next day.

After reading for a bit (on my iPod because RIP kindle) and having dinner, everyone got very into various games. Poker, Jenga and spoons were followed by a 15 man game of Mafia which lasted 2 hours and got faaairly intense. Since activities start at 7.30am each day, everyone headed to bed around midnight.
