Kings Cross to Waterloo Bridge on the trusty Brompton via a quiet, safe route. There's loads of these and they pretty much all join up - I recommend Citymapper for plotting bike, bus or train in London.

A quiet day, a lot of travel, a bit of Ingress portal hacking, long chats with Susan and a much needed sleep.
