Saturday 2 June 2012: The Old Lighthouse
The old lighthouse at Spurn Point was built in 1853. It was decommissioned in 1895, when the newer lighthouse came into service. Following it's decommissioning the old lighthouse was used as a munitions store and latterly as a water tower.
