A product I buy all the time, gravy, failed very badly on me the other week. I am not one to complain. But when I tried two sachets and they both failed I decided to send them an email. I also took photos of the packet and what it did when I tried to mix it. The guy that emailed me back was great and ended up with $5 card which is more than I spent in the first place. Will keep buying the product and haven't had an issue since but appreciate the customer service that I got in the end.
