Tuesday 28 October 2008: I hope it counts!
just stood in line for an hour and a half to EARLY VOTE this afternoon. This is one of our community centers, which is behind city hall. You're seeing half of the outside line, the other half is behind those arches, back to the main door. Maybe because today was our first real "fall", gorgeous weather day (high of only 69f, next few days 70's and 80 again by fri.), that people decided to get out there- knowing it wouldn't be too hot in line.
but with Florida's track record on the voting lately, I'm just hoping our totally new system in effect this year doesn't have any problems!
