Saturday 2 June 2012: Bones
Today I fulfilled a long-held ambition. I bought some beef bones at Pak 'n Save, roasted them in the oven and made my own beef stock. Tomorrow I'm going to make French onion soup so today was all about preparation.
The house smells great.
