Tuesday 5 June 2012: Sightseeing
We weren't the only group down town Den Haag that were on a tour of some kind of sightseeing. Here's a group in front of the working palace of dutch queen Beatrix - many call her Trix and many others Bea, like I do.
We'd been lead by Jugendstil buildings in Den Haag and at times were distracted by whatever else we viewed. Just around the corner from that palace we noticed a little doll like queen Elizabeth waving endlessly at all passers by... and we looked up so very very often to see the details in the top of the buildings as well - some of us had a sore neck from that; but the day out in sunny mild weather and with good company really was wonderful:)
