You see me
Thorns to the fore
A prickle
Nothing More
From my looks
You think you know me
So murderous
Third degree
Barbed antagonist
Attacker without mercy
No heart
Cursed you see
Yet no attack
Have I ever undertook
You see
My points are mistook
I defend only
As you would yourself
My body
Not my wealth
Look at me
See not my thorns alone
I grow
I am not of stone
Each growing life
No matter what you see
Is Just
As precious as thee
Judge me not
Without consideration
Decide instead
Only after due deliberation
