So keen is he on chillies for cooking (and infusing in vodka) that he has 35 species of chillies growing in garden pots and is even breeding some of his on concoctions.
Left to right these are:
vv7 scorpion red
chocolate douglas
carolina reaper...the mega hotty in the quartet
habanero

While M chomped on a tabasco chilli straight from the bush I declined but will take this fearsome four down the hill to another chilli mate R tomorrow and he can perhaps taste test.

And for those chilli munchers out there apparently vodka is the drinking salve (not milk or water or rice etc) to cool the burning.
