Beware!

I see this sign from the kitchen window at work. I've never quite worked out what exactly it means. I've narrowed it down to the following...

1) watch out for cyclists, make sure you don't hit them with your car
2) watch out for cyclists, they are a dangerous bunch!
3) cyclists watch out for everything!

Maybe all three!!
