Katy Did

This is a Fork-Tailed Bush Katydid Scudderia furcata. They usually come in shades of green but this one showed up in a lovely yellow. She/he was relaxing on a screen and was not thrilled when I moved in close, closer than it liked. So I only took a few photos. I try not to invade a creature's personal space when taking a close shot. I'm sure I do in some cases though, this being one.
