Friday 8 June 2012: Pigging out in San Francisco.
I have eaten some gorgeous food here.
Most of it from the back of trucks, farmer's markets, dives and street stalls.
All of it fresh, fresh, fresh, delicious and cheap.
The best being a dumpling (oh man) that has a clear, fragrant and deep broth
between the delicately spiced pork filling and the thin steamed dumpling skin.
And when it sort of pops in your mouth.
Oh. My. Fucking. God.
Better than waking up with Mark Ruffalo in your cat flap/bed.
I wonder what his dumplings are like.
