Touristy horror starters.

Last minute trip to Edinburgh for a double bill of human inflicted horror fest at Edinburgh Dungeon and Mary King's Close, squeezed in between some tram journeys and followed by losing over two hours at dusk at Loch Leven Nature reserve. There's only so much plague, tongue torturing, canibalism and rivers of human poo that one can hear about in one day - historic Edinburgh was pure, dead mingin', so it was - so drinking in the fresh air and seeing the beasties at Loch Leven was like a tonic.

Today's Edinburgh, is, of course, lovely.

Coastal road all the way back from Loch Leven (hate the A90 mearns road, so dull) but it was thanks Dave but sorry Dave for the huge coastal detour as the Inverbervie chipper.......was closed.

Loved seeing my own bed for the first time in days.
