Friday 8 June 2012: "Summer hat"
I met a woman today sporting tartan woolly headgear. "Nice sun hat!" I joked as the rain poured down. She told me that she's keeping both her sun hat and her woolly hat close to hand. She's got the measure of our summer (so far!). The sun came out for this shot, while it was still raining!
My friend who's an animal behaviourist is coming to stay today. We'll drink bucket loads of tea and work out why the dog occasionally want to kill men in hats and what I can do about it!
