Friday 8 June 2012: For John ....
.... our neighbour, who lost his battle with throat cancer last week and whose funeral service we attended today. He loved his garden, spending a lot of time each day tending his vegetables, particularly his tomatoes, and was always very generous with the fruits of his labours.
