Friday 8 June 2012: Fish pond
This is one of our fish ponds in Lusangazi Farm.
We rear Chambo for eating on the farm.
Looks like it has just been cleaned.
Our neighbour breeds fish and we are awaiting a new variety of catfish.
"Chambo" (Oreochromis sp. .) is unique to Lake Malawi and is the most popular and favored fish in Malawi.
We love it. Its really tasty!!
