Festival of Flowers

Portland is celebrating its annual Rose Festival this week, and in our Pioneer Courthouse Square there is a celebration of all flowers! Of course I had to check it out this morning and show you just a small part of this wonderful display. On a gray and showery day the wonderful array of color brightens anyone's spirit, including mine!!
