Knitting the Olympics

I can scarecely beleive this. On the Tube today, this scene across the carraige. A guy and his mum engrossed in a knitting manual "Knitting for Gold". All sorts of Olympic Athletes knitted in 4 ply!

He was as interested as she was...

Then, I got to the gym and was dragged into an unexpected personal training session with hubbie and his trainer. If I can't walk tomorrow, we will know why.
