Cock-a-doodle-doo

Met this fellow on the way home from a cycle ride to visit our friends C and K in Ingworth. It took a little stealth to get close enough for this portrait - he was wary and I don't have a telephoto lens.

Flagging a bit with the time and energy for photography, there is so much else that needs sorting out at present. Sorry to say I have done less commenting than usual on  folks' journals; many thanks to those of you who visit and stay in touch with my journal, I really appreciate it.
