The Beautiful Cardrona Valley

Another freezing morning with a cloud inversion.  Jan and I headed to the Snow Farm where the sun was shining, even though it was just +2C.  I took this photo from the road leading up to the ski field.  I thought the lighting was simply beautiful.  You can see the cloud inversion in the distance, Wanaka is sitting under that, brrrrr.

We had a super day in the snow, even managed to get a pic of a dog team.  I have added it as an extra photo.  Off out for dinner with the ski club members.
