Saturday 9 June 2012: Honey!
My last practical class on the beekeeping course took place this afternoon. Fortunately, it was between rainy showers (bees don't like the rain).
Here are Faye and Matthew who were showing us their hives and nucs at the University apiary. Faye is very pleased because one of her hives is full of honey!
This is the apiary where "my" adopted nuc is based and I had the opportunity to check it after the class and all was well.
