Saturday 9 June 2012: Shimano Pedalling Dynamics....
....or shoes, as you and I call them.
Up at 5.30am to feed the cat terrorist, then collapsed back into bed until 9am. Bacon butties and strong coffee tempted me from my slumbers, before Stig and Nancy headed out to his guitar lesson. I settled down for a few hours in front of the books, with a break for a pootle around Arthur's Seat on my Hardly Davidson.
Later I cycled out to Tranent in the bright sunshine and rendezvoused with Nancy and Stig at Shada and Norman's. Shada served-up an amazing Pakistan influenced curry before some people went for a walk and others settled down to watch the Portugal v Germany game.
