Sunday 10 June 2012: Stir-fried pork
This is a very blurry shot and doesn't look like much. But tonight's dinner - Kylie Kwong's stir-fried pork with bok choy - tasted really good. Her book 'Simple Chinese Cooking' is one of my favourites.
