New additions...

Today we drove to the West coast to collect our hens - three Cream Legbars, now named Betty (21 weeks), Marge and Rose(Mary), both 18 weeks.

They're all at POL (point of lay) but none have yet laid their first egg. Apparently they wouldn't lay for a few days after being moved so bets are on when we get our first beautiful blue egg! (Although we've been told they may be an olive green when they first start laying before settling in to a blue colour).

They seem pretty happy & the dog & cats just seem curious.
