From book group to gourmet dining club

Tonight our book group officially transformed itself into a gourmet dining club.

There were strong hints that this might happen at our March meeting. This evening's feast of home-cured beetroot salmon, monk fish tagine (pictured) with cauliflower tabbouleh, and homemade honey and ginger ice cream with apricots was confirmation that our book selections are merely an excuse for fine dining.

Exercise today: morning loop, 10 minutes of rowing, sit-ups and weights, 6585 steps.
