Sunday 10 June 2012: Revision - Day 14
The first phase of data collection for my project finished Friday and so I emptied and cleaned these tanks this morning (this is before I cleaned them, by the way!) in preparation for Phase 2 in a couple of weeks (seven smelly, scummy tanks on my dining table this time - ten next time!).
Although you're really supposed to release whatever organisms you've used back in the same place you found them, as my water fleas originally came in a plastic bag from an aquatic supplier I figured they'd like it much better in our pond so that's where I put them.
