Just a moment

I've been struggling lately because my brain just never stops. I feel as if I'm on this constant roller coaster of thoughts that goes on and on. Not bad thought...just busy thoughts.
So tonight I took a moment. I'd just left work and I saw the amazing colour of the sky. So I stopped the car and opened my window to take the photo.
It was bitingly cold and so quiet on the side street I was on. Then the ducks started calling out as they settled in the trees near the river.

Just a moment to breathe and to be...

And then I could go on
